Meet our Team
1729 Maths School is led by its Founding Head, Nick Hamshaw, and an expert teaching faculty. The school is governed as part of Mill Hill Education Group, working in close partnership with Belmont Prep and Mill Hill. It is overseen by the 1729 Maths School Committee and supported by a Curriculum Advisory Group. Together these bodies bring a deep commitment to educational excellence and wide experience of maths education, research and university partnerships. The initial development and setup of 1729 has been supported by Purposeful Ventures.
